Genesis: Arguably the most accurate in all respects, although one has to get stuck in the thought loop of "is Angeal exaggerating the dramatics, or is Genesis indeed this loud and dramatic and on fire all the time?" The answer is yes
Sephiroth: Perhaps acts just a little cutesier and sweet than the normal Sephiroth actually acts, colored by Angeal getting to feed him, or cuddle with him, and basically all the mate cheats. Seems very startling to people who only know Sephiroth distantly. Slightly less startling if you don't. Slightly.
Zack: So puppy. So hyperactive. So needy and loud and cuddly. There are probably not actual dog ears/tail attached, but it really feels like there should be.
Nanaki: Theft. Constantly taking things that shouldn't be eaten on their own or that Angeal was planning to use for dinner, or both. Gremlin actions on a calm face.

Mithrun: Various little things that only Angeal tends to pick up - subtle smiles, certain gestures - seem amplified and exaggerated to show how much he reads into them. Otherwise, surprisingly accurate, representing how much Angeal pays attention to him in order to try and help him out. But why are there shoujo sparkles.....
Elidibus: So cheerful! So friendly! He just said the most unhinged shit and then moved on without batting an eye!
Erich: friendly and maybe a little more nervous than he should be.
